Software Key
 

I bought Fitday 2.0 about 9 months ago. I am wanting to install it on my new laptop. I have the installation file that I downloaded but I did not save the e-mail that contained the 10 digit key.

Looking under the "about Fitday" under Help shows:

Although the License ID is 10 digit, it is not the key I need.

How do I recover the key? I have tried by email request but have received nothing
