Can't add my weight goal
 
Hey all - I'm trying to set a weight goal, but every time I try to save it, the box with "lbs" in it highlights red and it won't register. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi mllekelly,

I just tried it, and it seemed to work fine. Did you hit the "save" button? (I know, you probably did... but it was worth asking)

If the box still says "lbs" then you haven't entered the "goal" portion of your weight goal.

There are 4 fields that need to be filled out:
  • Start Date
  • Start Weight
  • Goal Date
  • Goal Weight
The start values are filled out for you with today's date and your current weight. The goal values must be filled out manually.

Today is my first day but for some reason I am not able to add my weight goal and complete my mood log. :confused:

Hi there and welcome to our community!

I'm guessing since you are new, you're using the 2.0 version, which is great, but only if it works for you ;). What browser are you using? Do you have the same problem if you try a different one?

I'm having the same problem... trying to enter my goal weight, and the 'lbs' box turns red and won't allow me to save. I have entries in all 4 fields mentioned above.

Is your goal weight greater than your current weight?

I have the same problem. goal weight is higher than my starting weight. is this a bug?
