Paid For 1 Year Premium, Still Have Adverts

I paid for a 1 year premium membership and still have advertisements all over my screen when I log in. Also, I did not see a "contact us" tab on the website.

So far I am pretty disappointed with my purchase... WTH do I contact to get some help?

I will pass this on to admin. When did you pay for the membership and are you showing on your end that you are a premium member? It will say so on the food journal.
