I wanted to like fitday, as it's pretty powerful otherwise, but this is unfortunately a deal breaker. Does anyone have a recommendation on another tracker that include sugar, fiber, calcium, protein, saturated protein, carbohydrates, etc?

It has been seen that most of the aged people don't stop the use of the alcohol and this is the reason that those people have to face the problem of the lungs and lever.
I agree. Tequila doesn't do my liver any good, my lungs, I'm not sure about. Thank you for the helpful tip (and don't even think about spamming your sig).
Regards
Michael

Can we please get "sugar" and "trans fat" added to the food chart?
I am curious how many people would also find this helpful. I realize that you can 'figure out' your sugars by doing some math, but I don't really see the point if it could just be added to the food chart. Same with trans fat, which you can't really do math for.
My nutritionist wants me to track both of these things and not having it on the chart is frustrating.

Sugar has been requested repeatedly. As for trans fat, most foods today have eliminated it so this really shouldn't be an issue. If you're eating so much trans fat that you need to track it, you can do it by the old fashioned way. But I highly recommend that you avoid trans fat at all costs.

Sugars are not listed in the nutrition information...seems pretty important.
Actually, no. Even if one is a diabetic, then they are cautioned about ALL CARBS. Sugar is a sub category of carbs, so no.

NOPE. Would you trust foods entered into a database by middle school students, trolls, and hacks? Because that's what you get. And to make a verification process is too burdensome to develop. It's best to have it like it is. Create your own custom foods, then you KNOW what you are inputing into your own Journal.

Sugar intake is important to track. I am not seeing a field for it when adding custom foods nor am I seeing it on the summary. Am I missing it somewhere?
