Premium keycode not activating my account
The keycode I was given when upgrading to premium service is not being accepted. Any help would be appreciated.

Both of those passcode continue to trigger the "The Premium Membership Ticket is invalid." message.

Premium key not working
I've tried multiple times, in different browsers and each time I get the same message that the premium key is invalid. I haven't received any confirmation email either. Help!

I merged these thread together because it doesn't seem to be resolved with Boomtown Madman and rochellekarina is also having an issue. Can you look into this please? |
rochellekarina: It says in your profile that you are currently a premium user. Do you have more than one account linked to the same email address?
