trying to get better eating habits as really enjoy excercising at local gym but only do classes at moment, zumba high intensity, body combat, body attack and sometimes aquacise too. Don't loose weight though as obviously not eating correctly so hoping the log will show what I'm doing right and wrong!<br />

going to a wedding in Septemer by which time I will also be divorced so would be nice to loose weight by then.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>i have heard the word skinny, i have heard the word tiny, i have heard you need to eat more, you lost it to quick....it goes on and you know what i dont mind it at all LOL In the beginning of last year i was at 178-180 lbs at 5'0 the heaviest i have ever been. It was soooooo hard to make that step to lose and to continue trying to get the weight off, but it is possible!! i never gave up. it has been a little over a year now since that day i decided enough was enough. There are times now that i give myself the excuse eat whatever you want, you dont have to exercise..my journey is not over. i have new goals now, and it may seem its easier to maintain, and yes to certain point , but i still have to fight that temptation, i still have to remember why i will never go back, and i still am that person that gives myself those excuses. Its been a hell of a journey i tell you, but ITS ALL WORTH IT AND YOU ARE WORTH IT!!
