Default medical issues in the way

I have a lot of problems with my back and my joints that prevent me from doing any exercise that is high impact or stressful. I can't do push ups, sit ups, run, jog, or weight lift because of the problems with my body. Anyone have any suggestions for exercise that will help me lose weight and become fit?

I have a lot of difficulty with my returning as well as my joints which prevent me by doing virtually any physical exercise that's excessive influence as well as demanding. I can not perform press ups, take a seat ups, run, trot, as well as excess weight elevate with the difficulty with my body. Any person get virtually any strategies for physical exercise that can me shed weight and become fit?

Yep, do some research on using bands. I lift but I had to use bands after 2 major shoulder surgeries. Even as a lifter I was surprised on their effectiveness. I wound recommend researching the use of bands in a therapy fashion. They are the best at teaching about strengthening stabilizing muscles. After some time you may be able to even use free weights.

You might try out water aerobics as that will take a lot of impact out of the workout. You might also want to do as much walking as you can. This will keep you at a healthy weight and will keep your muscles active.
