Got a chance to finally take out my Kayak over the weekend. Absolutely beautiful morning to do some paddling, temps in the mid 70's and no wind.
Here's my viewpoint:
Only did 2 miles, but I really felt it in my arms & back.
I went for a 15 mile bike ride after I put the kayak away and then did a 8.5 mile run the following day- gotta love the California weather:D
I also squeezed in a few qym workouts.
Beautiful view! I have never kayaked but would love to go some day. I took some nice walks in northern Michigan at our cabin and even got in a couple workouts.
