I can't find breastfeeding as an activity. I've been told that you burn calories while breastfeeding. Does anyone know why this activity is not listed?

I couldn't find it either. There was another thread about it, and it seems that most women are creating a custom base metabolism/lifestyle.

You could say because it's not a common activity...but did you see the "walking to an outhouse" activity? You'd think if that was on there pretty much anything could be found. haha! I don't know who chooses what activies are on here or not but just create your own.

walking to an outhouse? For real? ROTFL just how many calories does one burn that way? LOL
I noticed there are lots of popular exercises that aren't listed.

same here, was surprised with the activities they did have and popular activities that they didn't have.
how do you acurately measure your activities? like i do the tony little's gazelle and for 30 minutes exercise, based on the speed and ... it gives me a number for calories burn, which i still think it's overstated, and i just don't know how to find out for sure

me neither farahb7-I just looked for exercises on their list that match the intensity and movements as much as possible and use those instead of trying to figure it out myself.
