Default April Week 3, Pedometer Challenge - Numbers Please!!!

My numbers for the 3rd week in April are:

April 15th: 14,708 steps, 8,221 aerobic
April 16th: 10,068 steps, 5,727 aerobic (went real live running on real ground)
April 17th: 2,425 steps, 0 aerobic (took the day off)
April 18th: 18,428 steps, 8,202 aerobic
April 19th: 12,075 steps, 8,280 aerobic
April 20th: 14,012 steps, 8,358 aerobic
April 21st: 10,018 steps, 3,792 aerobic

If your numbers are lower than these, please post them anyway. The goal isn't to have higher than anyone else, the goal is to get moving and have higher numbers than you had last week.

Congrats on the running! Awesome - that had to have felt so wonderful & freeing.

Okay, I'm just starting again & lost the paper I was recording the steps on. I moved it from the master bathroom & then couldn't remember where I moved it to. My new one is small but doesn't have any features like a memory. So I only have 2 days to report.

April 21-6,594
April 22 opps Thursday is for next week - only 1 day to report.

So that I don't lose the paper again, I want to log the days here & then transfer that data to the next week's challenge if that's okay with you.

Sounds good to me. Maybe we should make the pedometer challenge daily instead of weekly? Awesome on the 6,594, that's a lot of steps in a day. My steps are only at the 10K mark because I start most days with an hour on the elliptical, when I skip the workout my steps are like 2,000-3,000 (unless I go shopping).

I got lazy this week and forgot to wear my pedometer. Right now, I'm kicking myself because I just got home from quite a hike and I left my pedometer at home! oh, well, I'll get back on the wagon this coming week.

Oh, too bad you missed logging in a hike, Mandaba. It does take a while to get the hang of putting it on every day doesn't it? Sometimes I don't remember until later in the day but I've been doing better since I've been keeping it in my bathroom. Some mornings I don't think I'd notice an elephant sitting on my counter though.

My log-
22 Thurs: dang it! lost that paper *head thunk* I could have sworn that I left it right here next to the computer. What is wrong with me lately? Somewhere in the low 6,000's I think so I'm going to guess at 6100

Ah ha! Found that paper hiding under some things needing to be filed. 22 Thursday: 6483

24 Sat: 6349
25 Sun: 5958
26 Mon: 3792
27 Tues: 4125

I keep my pedometer on the top of my dresser, and put it on when I get dressed. I even sometimes clip it to my pj's, but not always. I keep the numbers logged in a little tiny book I made. The book is pretty much like the fitday log, but it's hand written and pocket sized. I take it with me when I'm going to eat away from home so I can log the food and look all of it up later.

So we start our week on Thursday? Just so I know...

I think I'll add mine as I do them, just keep coming back in to edit if that's okay?

ETA: I didn't start wearing my pedometer until the 22nd.

4-22: 9946 steps, 6756 aerobic
4-23: 10563 steps, 6836 aerobic
4-24: 2237 steps, zero aerobic (I generally take weekends off)
4-25: didn't track
4-26: 10168steps, 6940 aerobic
4-27: 7515 steps, 3319 aerobic (did 1/2 hour walking treadmill, then 1/2 hour weight training)
4-28: 2120 steps, 0 aerobic (hiding)
4-29: 10518 steps, 6774 aerobic
4-30: steps, 3442 aerobic (again, 1/2 hour on treadmill, 1/2 hour on weights.

Default Week 4 numbers Please.

Firstly I have to say I'm very proud of you guys. I knew if I kept pestering I would get somebody to join me!! I started the post on April 1st which was a Thursday, so the first week of April went Thurs-Wed, so typically we post Th-F. I guess I'll have to start a new thread for May looks like Sat-Fri. Okay here are my numbers for week 4:

April 22nd 10,018 steps, 3,792 aerobic played Wii Fit Plus instead of elliptical
April 23rd 12,194 steps, 8,209 aerobic
April 24th 17,046 steps, 8,257 aerobic
April 25th 6,997 steps, 0 aerobic (gave self the day off)
April 26th 16,803 steps, 8,297 aerobic
April 27th 14,904 steps, 8,433 aerobic
April 28th 18,204 steps, 8,203 aerobic
