Thanks for the tips....do you use a workout video for your yoga or go to a class? I do not belong to a gym but take classes at a Pilates studio; they have also just begun "Hot" pilates and "hot" yoga which I haven't taken yet, and do not know I could handle due to my hatred of being hot (lol). When I did go to a gym a few years back I do remember taking one Yoga inspired class that was called "Flow" and it had some good movement in it that keeps you going (more cardio than just yoga). If I could find a video like this it would be a cool addition to my current videos. What do you think, any suggestions?
