Dance Dance revolution?
Anyone using this method to exercise? It's a video game where you basicaly dance. There is a workout mode, although the calories burnt as not very accurate from my experience.
I am a big gamer nerd, and it was suggested to me 3 weeks ago. Started at 330 pounds, down to 312 as this morning.Of course add a healthy eating habits to this, no junk food, no eating out, lots of veggies and fruits, and lean meats.
It pumps up your heart, and your feel so great after. Awesome Cardio! <3

The best plans always include both diet and exercise components. I am a big proponent of weight lifting along with cardio but the most important thing is that your exercise is something you enjoy and continue to do. Congrats on your success so far!
