elliptical work out
 

Hi all!
I often use an elliptical machine to get my cardio work out in. However, I can't seem to find it in the list of activities. Any suggestions on how I should input it into the activities log? Thanks!

i was wondering this myself...did you ever find out how?

Can you create a custom activity based on calorie estimates from the machine?

Enter "eliptical" into the "search" and it will come up...then just click add...

Tried this, doesn't pull anything up.

Elliptical is not an option at this time; however, a number of folks have asked for it in the past.

FitDay is in the process of a major revision, and one of the upcoming developments may include adding this. I also believe that being able to customize an activity (similar to making a custom food) will be an option as well.

IIRC from posts in the past, people have been using "ski machine" or something like that, which basically approximates a similar number of calories.
