Steps
I wear a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps daily. I can convert steps to miles. I'm up and down at work, do household activities, shop, walk the dog, etc. How do I log that under exercise? I'm not sure under "walking" which would reflect this best, and I can't enter it by time any one activity is done. Any suggestions?

I agree that "walking" doesn't really describe it best, since when you shop, do housework, etc., that's not usually at a pace of walking for exercise, and it's not constant.
I think most folks who enter all their activities (cooking, shopping, walking dog, household chores) enter the time of each for those, and just have the 10K steps as their personal goal, not reflected in the activities, per se...is that what you're asking?

I would only log walking that is done for exercise. You can log housework and such but don't log the steps as I'm sure the software figures you'd have to move around to clean the house, and just everyday stuff.
