Perusing the threads I didn't see anything pertaining to this, although I'm sure it's been asked. Is it okay to work abs everyday? I am not neglecting the rest of my body by any means, I try to do two separate videos a day. I just really enjoy my Tae Bo Bootcamp Abs video, and I also started the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (which is kinda easy since I just quit Insanity due to knee pain, but that's another thread).
So any comments, go for it
