Default Elliptical machine in Activities?

I don't find this in the list - anyone know how to estimate? Make best guess with similar level of jogging?

Thanks.

Default my best guess

I use Ski Machine when I use the elliptical trainer. My guess is the ski machine numbers are a bit lower than ellipticals. It does give you something to compare it with.

I also use "Ski Machine".

On a side note, don't put too much faith in the calorie readouts from the elliptical, some are known to overestimate by up to 30%. Also, the number of calories you actually burn depends a lot on your "form" (like how often you use the handles and so forth), your height/weight/age ratio, and your overall fitness level. When in doubt, underestimate. All these numbers should be taken with a grain of salt.
