How do I log this in?
Hello guys, I was wondering: how can I log in the exercises I do? I use this simple device, it's butterfly-shaped (sorry, I don't know what it's called), and you can either put it between your thighs and squeeze them together or hold it between your hands and do the same thing (for your pecs).
I just don't know if there is anything in the 'Activities' list that could apply to this. Do you guys have any ideas? |
My best guess would be to go to "Conditioning" and select Weight lifting, light workout, general.

I have one of those. It's called a thigh master. When I do that I log it as: Conditioning -calisthenics, light or moderate effort.
