Functional crossfit
Functional crossfit =working out to the same level as if your are playing your sport.
Training your body to same regime as your playing your sport.
Has anyone done this kind of a workout.
Example: Tabata 25sec. excercise / 10 sec. rest for / 24 rounds.
Agility ladder,hurdles, bosu ball push ups,barbell curls,25 lb plate curls,sit ups.

Just make sure this doesn't turn into , "functionalcrossfit".

New Workout.
Tabata Intervals 25 sec excercise/ 10 sec rest / 28 rounds
Agility ladders/ Walking Lunge/ Thrusters/ Box jump 18 inch / Stairs 18 steps/
sit -ups/ bosu ball sit ups. Treadmill walking 3.8 mph. incline 5% 3.4 mph.
Please give me suggestions on how I could improve my weight loss program.

how would you log something like crossfit on fitday?

thanks found it, cant log it until version 2.0. Hopefully its a true log where I can enter in time and calories and not have them be dependent on each other because the Metabolic factor changes depending on the WOD
