I know from a good friend that is a PT, he used the normal resistance bands...but then move on to TRX, which is a step further for strength training, and itīs working wonders for all of them. I myself have one wrist that is somewhat useless, and arthritis in that arm, so weight lifting is sometimes painful. I have only tried TRX once, but will do hopefully more.Here is a trx - YouTube
