regarding those like me who do vinyasa or "power" yoga
 
just like the gal was explaining to me with my recumbent elliptical versus putting the numbers in to make it work for the stationary bike. i.e. i know my numbers from using the recumbent elliptical bike so i work it out and plug in the appropriate time to make the numbers work for the stationary bike. the same theory works for yoga. i know how many calories i burn during my 60 minute vinyasa workout and calculate backwards to plug in the necessary minutes to make the hatha yoga work :)
