Exercising every day?
Is it OK to do a vigourous (sp?) workout everyday or should I be taking a day off to give my body a break?
|
If you mean weight-training, most muscle groups need a day off to recover. Calves and abs can be worked every day, lower back-twice a week.
For cardio, you can alternate hard and easy days, you don't have to take a day off. This is assuming you're recovering well, newbies may need to take days off. |
