Default try bands

the resistance bands might be a way to go in that they are very light weight easy to carry and don't hurt oir make a loud noise if you drop them. and are pretty affordable!

Water aerobics and related pool activities are very low impact, but I've heard they can be quite effective at burning calories.

My rules:
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
