Default The Hula Hoop!!!

I loved LOVED to hula hoop as a kid... also jump roping (but my knees are bad now) Ah I would in a heart beat, but I don't seem to fit into them anymore... are there big ones? I'm a good 250lbs- . Are the training/exercise ones better than the kid's type?

I loved hula hoops as a kid. I never would have thought of using one for working out. Great idea!

I have heard that hula hooping is a great workout, some of my coworkers do it weekly.
I am starting a class at the local Rec. in a few weeks, you might want to look into your loccal Rec. to see if a class is offered in your area. I have also looked on youtube.com and have found some how to videos that have been interesting. Good Luck
