How to log???
We have a great gym here in columbus called title boxing but not sure how to log it.
It is 1 hour of boxing, calistenics, running, abs.......so I did 30 min calistenics and 30 min (cant remember exactly what it is called) cardio where you move ffrom station to station :rolleyes:
Any thoughts????? Can we add a new exercise???
There's no way to add a new exercise.
Your best bet, if you want to be more accurate, is to use a heart rate monitor that also tracks calories burned. Then you input an exercise that is close to your calories burned for that given amount of time.
