So... you can add in the activity, you just don't feel it's accurate? The number here may be lower b/c it also factors in your daily burn. Look it it like this for an example. (I may be looking at the wrong, forgive me but I just work up)
I burn 2400 calories a day (100 calories an hr.). Let say I work out for an hour and burn 200 calories. My actual (additional) burn due to the exercise was only 100 calories b.c I would have burned the other hundred doing nothing.
