Desertmountain;
It's been awhile since I posted ,still working out though; today is day 42 I've not missed a day on the treadmill; in spite of 2 funerals this week ,a brother & a dear friend of 26 years were laid to rest on the same day.
I hope your 30 day challenge has been as good for you as it's been for me.

I'm so sorry for your losses Sunny. What an incredibly rough week.
45 days is wonderful--I'm glad the challenge was helpful. It was successful for me as well. Having to post daily kept me on track and now I'm working out 6 days a week like clockwork--although I still hate it, it's become part of daily routine.

Need2losen2010-thank you for helping me stay on track - just knowing someone else was using the thread or at least reading it really helped me form this new habit. Best wishes to you & many hugs.
Need2losen2010 posts in the daily walking challenge so it would probably be faster to ask her there since we haven't been using this thread in a while. I started it as a way to maintain accountability when trying to develop a habit of exercise. It really helped knowing that I would post what I did or didn't do everyday & got me off my behind more than once. I'm still adding newer/harder things to my workouts to keep them challenging so if you start posting I will start again, too. My goal is to be ready to do P90 in May.
