Need2losen2010 posts in the daily walking challenge so it would probably be faster to ask her there since we haven't been using this thread in a while. I started it as a way to maintain accountability when trying to develop a habit of exercise. It really helped knowing that I would post what I did or didn't do everyday & got me off my behind more than once. I'm still adding newer/harder things to my workouts to keep them challenging so if you start posting I will start again, too. My goal is to be ready to do P90 in May.
