Default Weight lifting in the activities section

So, it looks like in the Activities section, there's only really two options for weight lifting. One is light effort, and the other is vigorous (vigorous appears to give twice the calorie burn as light.) My question is, how do I know which I'm doing? I mean, I do about 6 different free weight exercises, each with three sets, and between 10 and 15 reps. Between each set, I wait about 30 seconds. When I'm lifting, I lift enough that it feels pretty darn vigorous, i.e. I sweat and am out of breath after a set. I do this all in about... 35 minutes, I guess. Anyway, I'm just looking for input as to which is more likely to be correct, vigorous or light?

Thanks!

Default

When I'm not sure I usually split the time and log both choices.
