TJ was the first real program I started on a few years ago when I decided to finally get healthy. It was really hard for me at first, but fun. I eventually moved on to lots of other programs and beach body products, but I still go back to my turbo jam. It adds some fun to an otherwise rigorous workout schedule. I love to use the 20 minute workout as a little warm up for my morning run (especially when it's cold outside and I need that warm up to get my muscles moving). I really liked it and hope you do too!
