Default 365 days of exercise video - thought I would share!

Taking a picture of yourself every day really is very telling.

I sort of cracked up as he got tan and shaved off all his hair, and then back to pasty again with little blond highlights. I wish I had taken such fun pictures, but then again I don't own so many pairs of colorful boxer shorts LOL. Very cool thanks for sharing.

lol, I did too! All the little signs of the year passing! And I was totally trying to see how many boxers there were, but it made me dizzy...

I'm actually doing this right now.

Taking a picture every morning is really helping me stay on track with eating healthy and exercising. There's nothing like the seeing raw truth to get me motivated lol. I upload and crop the pics right after I take them. And even after just 15 days I can already see my body changing.
