Default CheatMode workout/diet?

So on other forums I have been reading about this workout program/ eating program called CheatMode (or Cheat Mode, I don't think it matters). It looks kind of radical, by which I mean different not awesome, and was wondering if anyone has tried it out. Not 100% sure about the fasting in the morning then feasting at night. I have always been taught not to eat large meals late in the day. Any input would be great! Thanks.
