I'm looking for some good exercises to do during public skate. I usually do one foot pulls for my legs and some spins for the core muscles, but that's all I can come up with (I would do suicides but there's too many people). I figure skate and play hockey so any ideas for drills will be applicable.
Are there any websites with ideas for on ice drills?
