Anyone else trying this? It is supposed to get you up to 100 pushups in 6 weeks. I started week 1 day 1 yesterday and its pretty intense so far. Site is HundredPushups.com if anyone is interested. The iPhone app is 1.99 but very worth it in my opinion, very in depth.
My initial was 25 and I started out on week 3.
I re-did week 5 & 6 twice- week 6 is brutal but well worth it.
I'm now trying to hit 2,500 push ups a month-my total for Jan was 2,388

Thanks for the site. I am one of those women that just can't do push ups even though I and generally in good shape. I am going to give this a try. I don't need to be able to get to 100 for my own satisfactions but even 50 is better then I can do now
im at the end of week one and im already up to 50. im feeling great. but with my diet im intaking tons of protein. so i feel like thats why im boosting in muscle mass.
