Thank you so much - that is exactly what I was thinking of! Between my own searches and you 2 helpful people, we are good to go! Now here's hoping I survive my date with a big rubber ball.

if not just google 'about stability ball exercises' or check out about . com which also seems to have clear illustrations

I also like the 10minute solution Pilates on the ball DVD, as was said before if you focus on doing the exercises correctly and not cheating (which is easy to do) they will kick your butt and give you grear results
Thanks bettmrr, I printed that off and apparently I'm a whimp, because I suspect I can possibly do 25% of those exercises - maybe on a good day with a dose of pain meds in my system. So my goal for next year is to blow up my new stay-ball get kicking on those 8 sheets. I had to buy a new one after a kid bounced a hole in mine.
