After shooting my brothers Ruger MarkIII, I decided that a .22 was the next pistol for my collection. I ended up getting a Ruger SR22, it is a little on the small side but I wanted to get my girlfriend into shooting. My 9mm is too scary for her
I've put almost 1k thru the Ruger in the last 2 outings- fun little pistol.

hello everyone,
is this thread still about exercising? if it is, yes, i did day 3 of 30 day shred level 3 today. was planning to do Zumba activate in the evening which have not done yet. i guess its better to get moving!

"day 3 of 30 day shred level 3 " Sounds impressive, I'm playing hooky from work today and plan on going to the gym this morning to pick things up and put things down for about an hour.

Hi everyone - I've been away from FitDay for a while (and my scale reflects it, alas), but although eating has gone to pot, I have been exercising! I've been doing "Winter Conditioning" at the rowing club, which involves a good half hour of fairly high intensity work on the rowing machines (or "ergs," as they call them), plus stretches and things like jump-squats. Three times a week. The class is in recess for two weeks, so I'm hoping this forum will give me motivation to get out and do something else so I don't lose fitness.

sooooo, finished 30 day shred, but still continuing with it, doing a different level every morning. evenings, i usually do Gazelle for about 45 minutes to an hour. but weight loss is not coming along all that well, but no rush, it will work eventually.
