Did You Exercise Today???

Golf yesterday altough we took a cart due to humidity, heat and the threat of rain. I was planning a bike ride before work this morning however it is too foggy. Not sure how much time I will have after work for exercise. Will do Y maybe do extra time on the elliptical after weights. Mary

Zumba!
Nice to have you back Lastri! Getting off the couch is the single hardest exercise move.
For me, yesterday there was a lot of walking to get various places (about 3 miles), and today a quick run followed by the most fun Zumba class- a new instructor (why does everyone seem so young now?) - she got us all moving and smiling - and now I can't stop.

I'm looking forward to getting back to Zumba in the fall. No exercise yesterday - not sure whether had a bug or just needed a quiet day. Last sailing lesson tonight weather permitting. It looks like a wet week here so I may be doing the Y and wii fit for exercise. I should be out walking to increase my walking endurance. Mary

Working out twice today - a rarity for me.
Day - 30 mins indoor bike (120-140watts), stretch, leg weights, jump rope (7 mins) : 2 hours
Evening - gymnastics class (warmup, core work, headstands, wall walks, bars, rings) : 1.5 hours.
It's a rarity, so don't freak out about my immune system
I'd guess it's about 800 calories, but will eat back at least half of it. And enjoy every bit!
