Too much to do at work and couldn't get my butt out of bed early enough

Trying to convince myself to get out after work. When I manage to do it I actually love an evening run, but it seem like I can hardly ever talk myself into it. BUT you may have just inspired me. THANKS!

Everyday...Zumba or another cardio dance 60 mins every morning, curves 3-4 nights a week and then 2-3 mornings I also do a lower body strength. I won't miss a day, it makes me feel good about myself and I enjoy it..

At least you did it! I couldn't wait to get out of the office for some fresh air.
Did a lil over 4miles in 32:49- it was a good run. The weather was a nice & balmy 71* with a slight breeze, a gorgeous way to wind down after work.
