OMG, I am so lazy for my work out.
Did 2 miles walk yesterday. Today, not have anything in yet.

I wonder if I should take a break from my diet? Excercise but not worried about diet. Put the scale away.

Is anyone have any advice? I appriciated.

After work trail run along river- 6.44 miles. Forgot my watch and got lost in my thoughts-I had no idea I went that far until I mapped it when I got home
I ran in a new pair of vibram fivefingers and I will be sore in the morning.

SW - great to be excited about a workout - mine come first thing in the morning, so it's hard to get out of bed, but always worth it! Today was 35 minutes on ellipitcal, hill pattern, not the most challenging, then a bunch of crunch - decline bench, and the one I don't know the name of - sort of a backwards crunch - you are at an angle with your feet held in place, bend forward at the waist then lift up your upper body....I'll ask the name of it on Monday.

Now, if only these speadsheets would clean themselves up!

I usually run in the early morning before work, but my schedule has been outta whack lately and since the weather has gotten better, runs after work have been my best bet to get any cardio done.

The weather is finally coming back around--I think the snow is done for a few months. Was almost 50 out yesterday, though a bit windy. Had a very good walk--even threw a little jogging in here and there. Finished my 1.92 miles with plenty of time to spare in my 30 minute lunch time.

I think I might try walking a full 5K this weekend though probably not at full speed but we'll see.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Regards,
Michael
