Did You Exercise Today???

Did 1 hour of weight lifting yesterday (full-body) and feeling great. Time to change my routine next week as this is 8 weeks of this workout plan that I've done and my body is starting to get used to it. I'm still happy at how far I came going from struggling to complete 1 set at 5 lbs to 3 sets at much higher weights and feeling full of energy now by the end of the day at work (sit at a computer all day).
Tonight will be curling and yes, I'm the lead. That'll be my cardio there! lol

Unplaned exercise today My seadoo quit 5 Kilometers from home. Was rescued by a sailboat then got a neighbour to tow me home with his motor boat. I had to use my kayak paddle to get out of the Marina where the sail boat towed me and then to get back into my shore when the neighbour dropped me off. Good arm exercise! The sail boat happened to have a couple friends on that I hadn't seen for a while. They had some compliments on how fit I was looking -- wearing my bathing suit and a life jacket! LOL Mary

This is weird. I checked out this thread as I need to get doing more exercise. That last post is a copy of one from me 2.5 years ago. Wish I had kept up the diet and exercise. Now I'm back trying to lose the pounds I gained being off fitday.
