I like the way my body is responding to the exercise. The ride I worked up to is now too short. That's why the hill has to be added. Mary

. The downhill should be the fun part of the ride. Feeling the progress and results of exercise is one of the best feelings in the world IMHO

Yup a little sore today, but not as bad as I had expected. Will go for a short, easy run a little later this morning.
