This morning I did workout 2 from 9 week program on the EA Active 2 game. It was fairly intense. I'm looking forward getting further in to the program because the workouts get harder and longer and right now I could take/use a little more. I'll be hitting the gym tonight and hopefully going 1 hour on the dreadmill.

Just to catch up, did 60 minutes of cardio on saturday, ended up with 5.5 miles, and a stretch.

Sunday off

Today, have not been yet but will be going to spinning later today. 1 Hours of nasty climbs and sprints! oh so fun, and the sweet pain!

Well today I tried out my new exercise video i got. Its a four mile power walk and I did it! (and didn't pass out!) I'll be continuing that for the entire week as i take my weekends off to rest my back ( been in two accidents so got give myself a break to relax...but in time i will get it stronger!)

walked my dog TED for 40 minutes and swim laps 40 minutes-3/4 mile

Hit the gym after work for about an hour. Worked on my shoulders,arms, back and abs. I also knocked out 96 push ups in honor of Jack

ran a lot yesterday, was in a big ol fight with my roommate so I ended up running/walking instead of jogging/walking and went for 2 hours! Yay for using that adrenaline well :P

I'm going to head out tonight too, probably won't go for as long and probably go back to jog/walk but it's nice to know that I can run too at times

i did some dancing today,pilates workout 12 min lol that was much gotta take it easy... but yah i did some exercise

Modified my work-day walking route--am now up to a full 1.5 miles in under 30 minutes. You wouldn't think you could work up that much of a sweat when its 10 F out, but you can!

I am chiming in slightly late but I did work out today. I did 15 minutes on a precore machine for a warm up and did 55 minutes of total body conditioning. I am tired but I feel great. I bet that sounds weird. I also ready to go to bed but have tons of work to get done.
