Hi there,
I am doing home exercises working the free videos on Sparks.com, the resistent bands are my favorite 20 min overall exercise without getting sweaty; great so you don't have to shower mid-day. |

Yes I did! 20 minutes on the stationary bike in the living room. Through in a ton of ab work and a little arm work at the same time. Woohoo.

Ran a 5k race today in 23:23
Finished 6th of 43 in my age div and 43rd of 561 entrants. Not bad for running with sore ankle. Now I'm off to the gym... 30 min on bike machine and now nap time.

Took Friday off because well just because I was feeling lazy and couldn't be bothered. Sat and Sunday made up for it with a good 1&1/2hr workouts on both days, Sat- 45mins Cardio, 30mins Kettlebell, 20mins Mat Pilates. Sun- 1hr Circuits, 30mins Pilates on the ball (ouch). Followed by 5hrs of shopping - I deserve it don't I? (but can i afford it? )
