Thanks alot! I definitely will keep at it. No turning back now!

Had to skip the run this morning
Too much to do at work and couldn't get my butt out of bed early enough

Trying to convince myself to get out after work. When I manage to do it I actually love an evening run, but it seem like I can hardly ever talk myself into it. BUT you may have just inspired me. THANKS!

Everyday...Zumba or another cardio dance 60 mins every morning, curves 3-4 nights a week and then 2-3 mornings I also do a lower body strength. I won't miss a day, it makes me feel good about myself and I enjoy it..

THANKS - not the best run ever, but very much needed. Wouldn't haven't have done it without the nudge.

How about you SW?

At least you did it! I couldn't wait to get out of the office for some fresh air.
Did a lil over 4miles in 32:49- it was a good run. The weather was a nice & balmy 71* with a slight breeze, a gorgeous way to wind down after work.
Here's the route:

Gonna try to for an early AM run before work tomorrow...
