I'm getting more and more distance though, and even was able to jog some of the time this morning though! Checked it out on google maps- I got in about 4 miles round trip, about 90% on the beach, that counts for something right

I am finally getting back into
real running after being on crutches for 2&1/2 months. I was only able to run on the beach at first but now I am trying to do longer runs on hard surfaces.
I like running in the city the most but I get more of a workout running in the sand.
And YES, 4 miles counts A LOT!!!
This morning I did a 30 minute run, this afternoon I did a 45 minute sprint/walk and 30 minutes of lifting.
