I think I walked about ten miles in the supermarket, pushing a grocery cart. Or maybe it just felt like that....

Long walk trying to keep up to 4 year old on bike yesterday. This I'll get my bike out so it's easier to keep up next time.

haven't exercised today yet, and only walked about 2 miles this week due to getting "busy". There is always a lot to do, need to remember that my health is more important. A mile a day is manageable for me, and feel better for it when I do it

Another thing that really helps is doing 10 or 15 squats (thanks Kathy!!) every break; haven't done them every time this week and it is showing so will plan to get back on to them this week.

There are many exercise fitness programs but I think sports is the best thing for fitness like football is the world famous sports activity so I think we have to give some time to play football. we have to watch world leagues and football cups for interest in football so that's why we can be used to paly football like nowadays Afcon 2017 has started.

Only walked 4 miles last week; no I haven't specifically exercised today though I'm planning to tonight, and need to tomorrow morning as I'll feel better. Am at 1/2 mile so far for this week.

Yoga is one of the best option that can help you to reduce the fat stored in your body. The best thing to opt yoga is, it doesn't make you feel exhausted. Yoga has some special quality that it can help you to reduce fat from any part of your body like face, shoulders, arms, thighs, or hips. You can perform only that kind of asanas what you needed. https://goo.gl/WP2JCJ
