So it took me until Friday to post my workout from Wednesday. The really sad part is I'm the last post in the thread. Where did you all go?

Arms/Shoulders (Sets/Reps)
Dumbell Bicep Curls: 1/6 40#, 2/6 35#
Front Lateral Raises: 3/6 30# (x2)
Side Lateral Raise: 3/6 20# (x2)
Seated Tricep Press: 2/6 75#, 1/6 80#
Standing Military Dumbell Press: 3/6 45#
Hanging Leg Raise: 1/15, 1/12, 1/15
Twisting Back Extensions: 3/6 (each side)
Elliptical: 5 min, Level 7 pre-weights, 35 min, Level 7 post weighs. 3.54 miles

Need to be back in the gym tonight to meet my 3 workout goal for the week. Don't let the cooler weather keep you from exercising!

I've been at the gym all week- except for Thurs., I went for 4 mile run after work.
There's a break in the weather today so I went for a 6 mile run and then I tried some steel head fishing- had a good run and no luck with the fish

Monday-
7 mile run after work and then went to the gym for about an hour. Worked out my lower and upper back and rear deltoids and I also hit my triceps.

I plan on another run after work and then the gym- it's leg day today.

Yes, it would have been nice to come home with fresh steelhead for the grill, but it was a nice day and you know what they say- "My worst day fishing beats my best day working" and I also plan on pigging out for Turkey day, cuz I can In 13 days I'll be running in first 26.2 race....

Default Happy Thanksgiving everyone

I hope everyone will take a moment to give thanks for all the good things life has given us this year. Yes, it has been tough at times, and frightening too, but all in all it is great to be alive and still kicking .

Have a wonderful day. Indulge a little, laugh a lot, and be grateful for the gifts that nature as provided for you.

Excellent words Pam! I did a 12.43 mile run on Thanksgiving morning in preparation for the feast. The weather was perfect, it was crisp & sunny morning along the river-couldn't have asked for a nicer day!

Nice SW. Being away from home I haven't done much other than walk with family. But yesterday I got to go for a 3 hour kayak tour with my cousin in Galvaston Bay. Perfect day, a little overcast, no wind, & a chance to catch up with the cousin.

My arms and shoulders are a little stiff this morning, so I feel like I got a workout. Tonight we get back on the train for a 36hr ride back to SoCal. I love train travel! It is a great way to see the country, meet some strangers and relax with a good book - highly recommend it!
