Thanks for the reminder Abby. We're going down to San Diego to see Allison Krauss Sunday evening, staying the night and then wandering back up to R'side Monday. No real plans for the official holiday, though.

I had a great run at elevation yesterday. 6.5 miles of spectacular scenery at a nice steady pace.

Have a great weekend everyone. I hope the weather allows you lots of outdoors time.

30 minutes @ Curves this A.M. then 50 min. On elliptical 4MPH avg. I not losing weight for the past 10 days getting frustrated

Did my weekend 5.25 miles this morning, as well as yesterday morning.

Have a meeting tomorrow night so I won't have time to get my 2.5 miles in.

Have lost over 10 lbs this month.

Keep up the hard work Tunnrida. I know you will break that plateau soon.

Today is my usual day of rest, but we spent the last night in San Diego so there was lots of strolling last night and this morning. Nothing strenuous, but it was nice to just get out and walk.
