Abby, It's great that you can run and boot camp.
You all are so good.

Hi all, a lot of fit people here. Well done with the 5k and Boot camp, Abby.

Well I went to the gym on Tuesday and did okay, plus managed a few half hour walks.
Today I was up there early, when I feel at my fittest and it is at it's quietest.

Slow 1 mile walk which took 22 minutes.
Cross trainer-1.57 miles in 20 minutes.
Bike-5 miles in 21 minutes.
Rowing-2117 metres in 10 minutes.
Inner and outer thigh -90lbs, 3x15 reps each.

Have a good day all.

I agree about feeling my fittest in the AM, and I never thought it quiet then, until I went after work once!

Today I started with a nice run (5K in 26 minutes – no elevation) then did my first yoga class, ever. I am ready to quit my job, move to India, and do yoga full time – it was that amazing. If you don’t see any posts for a while, check the ashrams.

I'll go with you . Had a wonderful practice last night. Every practice brings some new enlightenment; sometimes physical, sometimes mental, very often both.

CrossFit this morning- first time in almost 2 weeks. It was nice to be back. The workout was short, but intense.

A nice 8 mile run.

It has been a while since I have run any distance - too many other fun things to do. But I have a race coming up fast - like 4 weeks from Sat - so I figured it my be wise to get some miles on the sneakers

Hit the gym early again, non weight bearing fitness seems ok,
but still hard work walking around. I am sure that will come in time, at least there is plenty that I can do.

10 minute rowing 2210 metres.
33 mins cross trainer levels 4-10, 2.4 miles.
20 mins bike levels 6-10, 5.5 miles.
10 min walk, 0.5 mile.
Well done to everyone for all the hard work, am envious of all the running.
Have a happy Easter.
