Lots of great activity posted , Turrinda, Jillian may be trying to escape from you soon! And then, add in a walk I love it when I can just get somewhere by walking. There was one day this fall where I did that at lots of intervals, and realized at the end of the day, I had walked 10 miles that used to be kind of normal!
Today was my long run day. The pillow almost won resetting the alarm for 6 and sneaking in another hour of sleep, but I smelled the coffee (set on a timer to be ready at 5), I realized I would feel better with a good run, and so feet found the floor, and eventualy the treadmill and it was worth it
. 5.12 miles in 50 minutes including warm up and cool down, using random elevation, and never turning the elevation down. The glow is strong today!
