Maybe it's not as fast for many people but I did it first time.

Great work on cutting that much time off! And I think I found those 44 seconds on my second mile, lol!

Red face Waving at you!

45 Minutes on the Cardio Wave, I set for a goal of 500 calories, and it felt great!

Got to that happy exercise place, and then there was no hot water, a cold shower really left me raring to go - anyone have a building which needs demolishing?

YAY getting back into running - last week I got my first outdoor run since October, and it was amazing, sunrise, birds, people beginning their days. There is nothing like it!

Did my 1.92 miles in under 30 minutes today. It was pretty nice (around 40* but windy). I'm pretty sure I could do a full two miles in under 30, especially if it were flat. My current loop has one good hill and at least half of it has some uphill grade to it.

Regards,
Michael

Hi bettmrr,
Today I jogged for one hour in my daily routine.
I joined gym 4 months before and I have never skipped jogging since I got serious in reducing my weight.

Got in two ten minute miles on the treadmill - the person before me had left it set at interval, so I thought "why not?", and did intervals rotating between zero incline and 3 incline, 2 minutes each. This was a new challenge for me, I tend to see if I can go faster instead of harder, so it felt good to keep that up for 20 minutes. I had to stop after 20 minutes because it was time for my awesome Thursday class. Some parts were challenging, some weren't - I think I'm going to up my weights for that class.

Ready for anything!

Aby
