Kimbur that's awesome weight. Good for you.

Kumochi you are a testament to keeping up with fitness in your middle age.

Today I did my first spinning class, I hated it as I couldn't keep up and I don't think the instructor knew it was my first time. He just kept yelling at the lady in the red shirt (that was me). Will try with a nicer instructor.
I did manage to break the cable on the push down machine, but overall a good workout.

Had another good workout. Deltoids and Triceps today on weights followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Zumba tonight Great workout and I like the new format. More time exercising and less trying to teach us dance steps. I can't keep in step but like exercising to the music.

Kimbur – great workout – sounds amaging. Mary – welcome back – sounds like you make the most of snow – maybe you can help Lucious enjoy it!

Crazigerl, don’t let one instructor ruin spinning for you – it can be awesome. If he’s the best available talk to him about how you are inspired, he’s trying to make it work for you.

Acky81 – sounds like an inpressive workout, I look forward to getting to know you.

I’m back after a decadent long weekend in Chicago. I hope Pam is right that vacation pounds are easy to lose –there are almost four of them! Today was running and boot camp, both went well and I worked hard.

Pure cardio today, interval training.

Thanks Abby, we are trying a new instructor tomorrow as many people said the one tomorrow is excellent and understands that different people are at different fitness levels.
